David Ward is the Chief Executive Officer of Ward Security. He founded the business with his brother Kevin Ward in 2000 trading out of the Medway Trading Estate in Rochester. Today, the company employs circa 1000 people, operates nationally with a £40 million turnover and is listed as one of the Top 1% of UK Approved Security Providers. Its head office is in London and its Administration and Control Centre are based within The Historic Dockyard, Chatham.
David is also the Chair of the Cross-Sector Safety and Security Communications Southern Region, a role that involves developing strong partnerships between law enforcement agencies, local government and private sector businesses.
Graham Bassett has worked in the security sector for over 25 years. He is the Co-Founder of AllSecurityEvents.com and MD of GBRUK recruitment and actively involved in variety of volunteer roles within the security community. These include; Committee member of the City of London Crime Prevention Association, Board Member of ASIS UK and Assistant Regional Vice President for UK/Benelux/Ireland/France, Trustee of the City of London Police Children’s Charity, Ambassador for PTSD Resolution, sits on the Executive Board of the Security Commonwealth and is part of the CSSC London Hub Executive Team.
Graham is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals and as previous Chair of the London Project Griffin Board (pre-ACT) combined with CSSC, and he is a keen advocate to further develop our private public partnerships.
