Any UK-based security company that is currently ACS approved, or is actively working towards ACS approval or the relevant British Standards, is warmly encouraged to join the City Security Council and take part in its work to support the wider security community. Membership is open to organisations of all sizes, from large national providers to specialist and regional companies, provided they share the CSC’s commitment to high standards, collaboration with the Police and other agencies, and improving public safety.
Prospective members are invited to get in touch for an initial conversation about joining, to understand how the CSC operates, what participation involves, and how their organisation can contribute. The Council aims to make the process straightforward and supportive, helping new members integrate into existing workstreams, communications channels and joint initiatives, so that their frontline teams and clients can benefit from the collective experience and coordinated approach the CSC provides.
