After completing her 200-mile walk, Figen Murray OBE arrived at Downing Street to push for the introduction of Martyn’s Law, which aims to tighten security at public venues.
The City Security Council fully supports Martyn’s Law and we felt privileged to play a small part in the final leg.
Many of our members came together working in collaboration to keep everyone safe whilst following Figen to Downing Street, it was another example of the collective efforts from the CSC and demonstrates our shared commitments with a great show of presence for something we all believe in.
