CIS Security Limited assisted The City Security Council in the final leg of Figen Murray OBE, her family, and Nick Aldworth MPA CSyP, from Manchester to Downing Street. It has been a colossal effort from all those involved and to see the spirits and energy this morning was inspirational.
The final leg from Marble Arch to Downing Street saw around 200 supporters brave the rain to watch Figen Murray and Nick Aldworth cross the finish line. The outlook is very positive for Protect Duty to be sanctioned and become legislation. This will ensure better security and standards for public safety. A big thanks to Adrian Moore MSyl for arranging the last leg and to those who were instrumental in the background who made things happen.
