The Intelligence Subgroup (ISG) of the City Security Council (CSC) is made up of 17 member organisations, in partnership with the City of London Police and other strategic partners, who have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). This MOU is designed to achieve the overarching aim of “making the city the safest city in the world”.
In doing so, the ISG has two key objectives:
- Facilitate intelligence sharing between CSC members to support operational decision-making; and assist in the professionalising of the intelligence cycle by CSC members.
- The ISG’s intended outputs are to identify threats that could impact the public and working population members, the buildings and assets, critical services, and the reputation of the City of London.
